Mounting ISO images in a virtual CD drive

I wanted to extract an ISO image without going to the hassle of burning it to DVD. Found a couple of applications out there but either limited unless you wanted to buy the whole thing or buggy.
The application below is from microsoft but is unsupported; user interface is basic but straight forward to setup. The end result is that you can assign a drive letter to an ISO image and treat the image as if it was in your CD drive. Great and no hassle of burning CDs.
